These Terms are a binding agreement between you and FEINT Labs LLC ("CRUIZE," "we," "us") governing your use of the CRUIZE app. By creating an account or using CRUIZE, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines below. If you do not agree, do not use CRUIZE.
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter this agreement. CRUIZE is for personal, non-commercial use. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.
CRUIZE helps adult car enthusiasts discover nearby cruisers and organize legal, social car meetups and convoys. CRUIZE is not for and must never be used to organize or promote street racing, sideshows, takeovers, reckless or distracted driving, or any illegal activity.
You own what you post. Your photo, your car, your bio, the meets and spots you create, the messages you send — they stay yours. We do not claim ownership and we will never sell your content or licence it to anyone else.
The permission you give us. So the app can actually show your content to other drivers, you give CRUIZE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize and display your content inside CRUIZE. This licence exists only to run the service. It is not transferable except to a provider that stores or serves the files for us (see the Privacy Policy), and it ends when you delete the content or your account — except that copies may remain in backups and caches for a short period, and copies other people lawfully saved are outside our control.
Some of what you create is public. A meet you post as Open is visible to everyone using CRUIZE, anywhere — including its exact address. So is a community spot you submit, and your handle and profile photo. Treat all of it as something a stranger will see. Do not post your home address, your plate, your driveway or your workplace. Choose Shielded for a meet if you want to approve people before they see the address.
You are responsible for what you post. You must have the right to post it, including permission from anyone recognisable in a photo. You must not post anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything that breaks the Community Guidelines below.
We can remove content. We remove content that breaks these Terms or the Guidelines, and we can remove content or an account without notice where someone's safety is at stake.
CRUIZE is 18+ and built on respect for other drivers. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in content removal and, for serious or repeated violations, permanent account removal:
You may delete your account anytime in You → Delete account, by typing DELETE to confirm. Deleting removes your account and everything tied to it — profile and photo, meets you hosted and their addresses, RSVPs, spots, messages, live position, off-grid zones, blocks, notifications and feedback — and cannot be undone. We keep abuse reports filed about you, with your handle, for as long as needed to keep other users safe. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or the Guidelines, or where required to protect users or comply with the law.
Your use of CRUIZE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how your location is protected.
CRUIZE is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, for meetups you attend, or for how you drive. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEINT Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CRUIZE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are between you and FEINT Labs LLC only, not Apple. FEINT Labs LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for CRUIZE and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for CRUIZE. If CRUIZE fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to CRUIZE. FEINT Labs LLC is responsible for any claim relating to CRUIZE, including product liability, any failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims, and for investigating and defending any third-party claim that CRUIZE infringes intellectual property rights. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
If you believe content on CRUIZE infringes your copyright, email support@feintproductions.com with: your contact details; identification of the work; where the content is in CRUIZE; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act; and your signature. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was wrong, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor to our business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about CRUIZE.
