Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and FEINT Labs LLC ("CRUIZE," "we," "us") governing your use of the CRUIZE app. By creating an account or using CRUIZE, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines below. If you do not agree, do not use CRUIZE.

1. Who can use CRUIZE

You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter this agreement. CRUIZE is for personal, non-commercial use. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.

2. What CRUIZE is for

CRUIZE helps adult car enthusiasts discover nearby cruisers, share content about their cars, and organize legal, social car meetups and convoys. CRUIZE is not for and must never be used to organize or promote street racing, sideshows, takeovers, reckless or distracted driving, or any illegal activity.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant CRUIZE a limited license to host and display your content within the app so the service can function. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. You must not post anything that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the Community Guidelines below.

4. Community Guidelines

CRUIZE is 18+ and built on respect for other drivers. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in content removal and, for serious or repeated violations, permanent account removal:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or bullying.
• Doxxing or sharing anyone's private information without consent.
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar.
• Sexual, pornographic, or nudity content, and any sexualization of minors.
• Promoting or organizing street racing, sideshows, takeovers, or any illegal or reckless driving.
• Violence, threats of violence, or promotion of illegal activity, weapons, or drugs.
• Impersonation, spam, scams, or fraud.
• Sharing content you do not have the right to share.

5. How we moderate

• Every user agrees to these Guidelines before they can create an account.
• The app filters content and lets you report any post, message, or user, and block anyone.
• We review reports and act on violations within 24 hours — removing the content and, where warranted, removing the user.
• We never auto-remove someone over report counts alone; a real person reviews reports, so false or pile-on reports won't get you banned.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or the Guidelines, or where required to protect users or comply with the law.

7. Privacy

Your use of CRUIZE is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how your location is protected.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CRUIZE is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, for meetups you attend, or for how you drive. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEINT Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CRUIZE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
